About Us:

Heather Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and her Juris Doctorate Degree from The John Marshall Law School, of Chicago, Illinois.  She has been an attorney for over 15 years and is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Illinois.  Her background and experience encompasses areas including finance, real estate, creditors’ rights, contract negotiation and litigation, all of which help her to give comprehensive advice in planning for your family’s financial future.

What can I expect at an initial consultation?

You will meet with Heather Parker personally, not with a staff member.  In approximately 60 minutes, you will discuss your current situation, concerns you have, what the issue is that is bringing you in, and then you will be given a recommendation as to what steps your situation warrants as well as what Ms. Parker would charge you in order to complete that process.  You can decide at that point to proceed, consider your options and decide at a later date, knowing what possible pitfalls may arise in waiting.  There is no charge for this initial consultation – we want you to be able to make an educated decision about the choices you make for yourself and your family before you have to spend any money.

What will my fees be?

Every case is different, but in most instances you will be quoted a flat fee for the work that needs to be done.  We want our clients to feel comfortable contacting us with any questions along the way without the worry of being charged separately for each point of contact.  We feel free flow of information without hesitation is vital to have a comprehensive and effective relationship.  We are happy to work with you in payment structure as well to be sure that you are able to get the legal services that you need.
